What items cannot be returned?

  • We do not accept returns on jewelry. ALL jewelry is final sale.
  • Items that have been worn
  • Items that have been washed
  • Items with tags that have been removed

How do I return an item?

Complete the following steps to initiate a Return:

  • Select the Log In button at the top right corner of the Home Page
  • Enter your email address that you provided at Checkout and click Continue
  • Check your email for the six digit confirmation code, enter it in the space provided, and click Submit
  • Select the Request Return button under the item you wish to return
  • Select a reason for your return and provide an optional comment if desired
  • Select Request Return

Exchanges

If you need a different size in the item that you ordered the only way to ensure that you get the size that you need is to go ahead and reorder the item. You can process a return for the item that did not fit and a return label will be sent to you. (You will not have to pay shipping on the return! Yay!!)

My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.

What is your return period?

We accept returns and offer refunds for up to 14 days after a product arrives. After this time we cannot accept refunds or returns.
